Job description Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) Company: Ganagflour Mills Location: B 37, Lawrence Rd, Indira Colony, Tri Nagar, Delhi, 110035 ] Reports To: Finance Manager / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Ganagflour Mills is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial advice. The CA will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the company, optimizing financial operations, and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities:  Financial Reporting: o Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts. o Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. o Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.  Budgeting and Forecasting: o Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts. o Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results. o Provide insights and recommendations for cost management and revenue enhancement.  Tax Compliance and Planning: o Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. o Identify tax savings opportunities and strategies. o Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors as needed.  Internal Controls and Audits: o Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets. o Coordinate and support internal and external audits. o Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.  Financial Analysis and Strategy: o Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. o Provide financial advice to management on investment opportunities, cost reduction, and risk management. o Support business planning and performance improvement initiatives.  Team Collaboration: o Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data. o Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members. o Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team. Qualifications and Requirements:  Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.  Proven experience as a Chartered Accountant, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry.  In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.  Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  High level of integrity and attention to detail.
