- We are seeking a qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of experience in a consulting firm to join our team in Pune. - The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting knowledge, exposure to consulting projects, and the ability to provide financial insights and solutions to clients.Key Responsibilities:- Handle accounting, auditing, and financial reporting for client accounts.- Assist clients with tax planning, compliance, and filing (Direct & Indirect Taxes).- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to provide actionable recommendations.- Support internal and statutory audits, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for clients.- Provide consulting support on business process improvements, regulatory compliance, and accounting practices.- Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to resolve queries.Skills & Competencies:- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-3 years of consulting firm experience.- Strong understanding of accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS), taxation, and auditing procedures.- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, MS Excel, and other accounting software.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.- Client-focused with a professional approach.
