We are looking for smart, self-driven, high-energy people with top-notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity and passion for excellence. Our analysts have a blend of in-depth domain expertise, strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills and excellent soft skills.

What will you do?

You will be working on–

  • Client engagement related to Patient Services Programs
  • POCs on PSPs
  • Thought leadership
  • Business Development through proactive pitches and RFPs

What do we require?

Must-have(s)

Functional knowledge/experience:

Experience working with Medtech/pharma clients

Pharma patient support programs, end-to-end lifecycle processes

Knowledge of patient journey and different sales channels in pharma/MedTech

Experience with patient Enrolment, Adherence, prior authorization, benefits verification, and related processes

Knowledge and working experience with data sets relevant to patient support services – specialty data, first and third-party data, hub data.

Technology knowledge/experience:

Experience working with BI platforms, ideally, Tableau

Experience working with database/cloud platforms, ex, Snowflake, Oracle, AWS or GCP

Hands-on experience in analyzing data sets, performing data analyses

Some exposure/experience with the Salesforce platform (e.g., CRM, health cloud)

Consulting skills/experience:

Consultative, strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-starter and ability to engage with cross-functional teams (business, IT)

Ability to manage and deliver multiple client requirements simultaneously

Experience working in a global delivery model

Experience with the agile delivery model and working knowledge of agile ritual practices
