We are looking for an experienced Recombee specialist to join our team on a consultancy basis, with an immediate start. You will be responsible for fine-tuning our recommendation system's logic, ensuring that our search results and personalization features deliver an exceptional user experience. This role involves working closely with our product, engineering, and AI teams to optimize and enhance the platform’s recommendation engine. 


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Work with Recombee’s recommendation system to fine-tune search results and personalization logic. 
  • Analyze data and user behavior to improve the accuracy and relevance of personalized content. 
  • Develop, implement, and optimize recommendation algorithms to align with user needs and business goals. 
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of recommendation models, using feedback to make improvements. 
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in recommendation systems and artificial intelligence. 


Key Skills & Experience: 


  • Expertise in Recombee and recommendation systems. 
  • Strong understanding of personalization techniques and algorithms. 
  • Experience with AI and machine learning, especially in building and fine-tuning recommendation engines. 
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and use insights to optimize personalization logic. 
  • Experience with data modeling, collaborative filtering, and content-based filtering techniques. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data science teams. 


Preferred Qualifications: 


  • Prior experience working with SaaS platforms or content-driven applications. 
  • A background in data science, computer science, or related fields.
