1. JOB DETAILS:

Position Title: lead Executive Alternative channels

Reports to: Channel Head, Alternate Channels

Department & Division: Corporate Sales, Dominos India Operations


2. ABOUT JUBILANT FOODWORKS:

Jubilant FoodWorks Limited (JFL/Company) is part of Jubilant Bhartia group and is one of Indias largest food service Company, with a network of 1760 Dominos Pizza restaurants across 387 cities (as of Dec 31, 2022). The Company has the exclusive rights to develop and operate Dominos Pizza brand in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. At present, it operates in India, and through its subsidiary companies in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Jubilant FoodWorks also enjoys exclusive rights to develop and operate Dunkin restaurants in India and Popeyes restaurants in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan. The Company currently operates 24 Dunkin restaurants across 8 Indian cities and 12 Popeyes restaurants in Bengaluru. (as of Dec 31, 2022). JFL has entered into the Chinese cuisine segment with its first owned restaurant brand, Hongs Kitchen and has 12 Hongs kitchen restaurant across 4 cities in India (as of Dec 31, 2022). 3. JOB CONTEXT AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Jubilant FoodWorks is amidst transformation & expansion which will fuel the next level of growth and this creates both challenges and opportunities. While JFL is the largest QSR in the sub-continent, it is set to double in scale & size with a vision towards becoming a Multi Business, Multi Product, Multi Country Operations.


Role Description

Support in driving strategic Partnerships and Alliances for Dominos Pizza India driving Payment Partnerships, Alternate Channel Partnerships like IRCTC, Food Trucks, Corporate Sales and Digital Gift Vouchers led partnerships with Banks, Corporates, and aggregators like Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm, Qwikcilver among others.

• Manage relationships with existing partners and build relationships with new partners

• MIS reporting and ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others • Manage email and telephonic communication with prospective clients

• Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competition

• Should be willing to make calls to cold and warm leads


Role Specific Skill Set

• Business Development Campaign Management Cost Benefit Analysis Vendor Management MIS / Reporting / Data Analytics Client Relationship Management Network Liaison & Coordination

• Self Starter with ability to take ownership, & interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Excel and PPT

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in any of these industries ( Food Tech, Telecom, Bank, Fin-Tech)

• Should Data driven and strong with numbers, pipeline conversion metrics and efficiency metrics


Team Size: Individual Contributor

Internal: • All Departments • Marketing, Legal, Finance and Accounts Corporate Office, India External: • IRCTC, Food Trucks, Corporate Sales and Digital Gift Vouchers led partnerships with Banks, Corporates, and aggregators like Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm, Qwikcilver among others.


5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• Qualification – Min Graduate

• Experience – 3-5 years
