Position 1: Sales Executive

Location: Bhutani Alphathum, Sector 90, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or luxury sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive at Manisha Holidays, you will be the driving force behind generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients. Your goal will be to increase sales for our exclusive holiday packages while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email to present our luxury holiday packages.
  • Follow up on every lead with personalized messages and maintain clear communication throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to provide clients with tailored packages and information.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the travel or luxury sector.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client interactions.

Position 2: Operations Executive

Location: Bhutani Alphathum, Sector 90, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations or administration in the travel industry.
  • Familiarity with booking platforms and travel management software is a plus.

Role Overview:

As an Operations Executive, you will ensure the smooth delivery of services, from creating and managing holiday packages to coordinating client bookings. You’ll be the backbone of our travel operations, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop pre-designed holiday and event packages and manage them on Google Drive.
  • Handle package customization requests promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to provide necessary creatives and marketing materials.
  • Work closely with the accounts team for sales receipts and invoicing.
  • Manage client bookings from inquiry to confirmation, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries for each destination, including in-depth location guidance.

Key Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with sales, accounts, and vendors.
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry preferred.
