Operations Management :- Oversee and manage the daily operations at BIZBoost.- Develop and monitor overall strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across (INSIDE & OUTSIDE) the organization.- Maintain and update records and databases.- Design and implement company policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.- Ensure Daily Progress Report is up to date EOD.

Talent Acquisition :- Lead the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.- Collaborate with team to forecast hiring needs and develop job specifications.- Utilize various recruitment methods and platforms to attract top talent.- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Talent Development & Nurturing :- Develop and implement effective training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.- Conduct performance analysis and provide guidance and feedback to employees.- Identify and address employee development needs and create individualized development plans.- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.- Organize team-building activities and events to strengthen employee engagement and morale.

Lead and Orchestrate Operational Excellence : Take charge of managing and optimizing various operations, including Strategy, Design, Content, Campaign, Growth, Digital Media, Marketing, Networking, Community, Sales, Management, B2B, Business Development, Platform Development, and Analytics. You will be responsible for getting the team to execute these operations efficiently and effectively, ensuring each area is systemized neatly and functions seamlessly within the overall business structure.

SALARY STRUCTURE :- Base Salary as

FRESHER/Executive- Up to 10% Incentive per sale, in addition to the base salary, (if hybrid-ops flow pursued by you).
