- **Position Overview**:_

As an Executive Assistant cum Sales Operations, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD while also assisting with sales operations tasks to optimize sales processes and drive business growth. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both administrative and operational responsibilities effectively.**Responsibilities**:_

**Executive Assistant Support**:
Manage and maintain the Managing Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the Managing Director.

Handle confidential information and maintain utmost discretion.

Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other business documents.

Coordinate and arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation for the Managing Director.

Prepare expense reports and manage reimbursements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering inquiries and redirecting them appropriately.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, and materials.

Coordinate and liaise with other executives and departments within the organization.

Organize and maintain documents, files, and records, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.

Conduct research, gather data, and provide insights on various topics as requested by the Managing Director.

Prepare briefing materials and background information for meetings and presentations.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news to keep the Managing Director informed.

Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the Managing Director.

Assist the Managing Director in managing and tracking progress on key projects and initiatives.

Coordinate and communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Prepare project reports, presentations, and updates for the Managing Director.

**Sales Operations Support**:
Collaborate with the sales team to support and optimize sales processes.

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and operational policies.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient sales operations.

Track and manage sales data, including pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Prepare sales reports and analytics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Assist in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system management and data entry.

Coordinate sales training programs and support onboarding of new sales team members.

Conduct research, gather data, and provide insights on sales-related topics as required.

Assist in preparing sales-related documentation, contracts, and proposals.

Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval.

Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by executives.
- **Requirements**:_

Bachelor's or Masters degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (preferred).

Excellent Communication (English language)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.

Analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from sales data.

Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
