It gives you the opportunity to do more with the knowledge you have worked hard to acquire and the passion that you already have to work on delivering innovative and path-breaking solutions to the industry and drive the next wave of Banking Technology.A Pre-sales / Bid Manager at Intellect will collaborate with the front end sales team by providing research findings, capability document building and responding to RFIs and RFPs for our prospective clients across the globe adhering to the quality policy and processes involved.On a given day, Pre-sales / Bid Manager will spend time:● preparing winning proposals that meet client business needs with attractive value propositions.- Presales experience with in capital market and Treasury Product is key.● Identifying inter-dependencies and develop an overall bid project plan with tasks, milestones, deliverables, and associated timelines for proposal preparation activities and tracks. Manage the Bid plan throughout the Bid Process.● Engaging, coordinating within the Bid Team (Sales, presales, Delivery, etc) to help produce deliverables according to clients expectations, within time critical schedules● Validating Preliminary approvals and timely heads up to Aligned Functions● Organizing Initiate a Solution Workshop/ calls to finalize, freeze the Sizing , Solution design as per the RFP requirements● Acting as the initial escalation point for Bid-team issues. Formal progress/status reports published to Bid Team & Leadership team● Facilitating pricing development. Work with Pricing team to collate pricing approvals● Ensuring that compliance with all relevant aspects of Solution Design and Delivery process, business control, reviews and a timely closure of Approvals before Bid submission● Delivering a final approved proposal documents to the Client in accordance with Intellects business rules and standard processesYour areas of knowledge required to apply for Pre-Sales/Bid Manager Position:● Experience of 4 to 9 years as a Pre-Sales/Bid Manager in any IT product company (Banking/Financial/ Ecommerce)
