Purpose of the Job:
We are looking for a talented and driven Social Media and Content Marketing Manager to lead Content Marketing and Social Media Marketing at LEAD Group, while supporting the brand charter overall, including SEO and Internal Communications. You will have the opportunity to create original, out-of-the-box content across formats along with a Social Media agency and an SEO agency; and will be responsible for managing monthly content calendars. You will support our company’s image cohesively to achieve LEAD Group’s marketing and business goals. As a Social Media and Content Marketing Manager, we expect you to be self-driven in staying up-to-date on the latest digital technologies and tools; and social media and content marketing trends. You should have excellent communication skills, deep attention to detail, and should be able to express our company’s views creatively, succinctly and in a way that is meaningful for our stakeholders (school owners, parents, teachers, and students - the school ecosystem overall).
Ultimately, you should be able to grow impact across our channels - Social Media, Website, Whatsapp, SMS, Emailers, Direct Communications, Mobile App, Teacher App, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
● Work closely with LEAD Group’s Social Media agency, SEO agency, Content Marketing vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders to build a robust and effective monthly calendar that will help strengthen brand identity and salience, enhance stakeholder engagement and contribute to business growth across platforms/channels
● Liaise with agencies to ensure adherence to LEAD Group brand guidelines (brand messaging, tone, tenor, style, etc)
● Ensure the latest Marketing best practices, benchmarking and trends are incorporated in all functions of the role
● Take end-to-end responsibility for development, delivery and review of annual Social Media and Content Marketing calendars, including SEO, website content, Internal Communications and Customer Engagement. This includes webinars, blogs, e-books, case studies, landing pages, video scripts, app notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, Email, testimonials, etc.
● Regular coordination with internal team members across Product, Technology, Academics, Marketing and HR functions, etc. Also, liaise regularly with school stakeholders - school owners, principals, academic coordinators, teachers, students, etc. to identify Marketing/Brand enhancement opportunities and levers
● Strategize and achieve annual, monthly and quarterly Marketing objectives
● Competition benchmarking and analysis

Ideal Experience Profile:
● 4-5 years relevant experience handling social media and content (client-side)
● Excellent writing skills; impeccable grammar and attention to detail; as well as the ability to assess visual communication
● Experience in Content Marketing and Copywriting
● Experience in writing for multiple audiences across platforms
● Comfortable working in a team, individually, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization
