Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles within the telecommunications domains of R&D.
  • Collaborate with potential new clients to understand role requirements and expectations.

Candidate Sourcing

  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-calibre talent.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical professionals.

Role Specialization

  • Expertise in recruiting for technical roles such as RF Engineers, Core Network Engineers, R&D Software Engineers, R&D Hardware Development Engineers, AI/ML Engineers for Telecom Applications, AI Algorithm Developers for Telecom Solutions.

Focus on R&D Expertise

  • Prioritize recruitment for candidates with significant experience in R&D in the telecom sector or those who have worked with industry leaders such as Huawei, Ericsson, or similar telecom companies.
  • Play a key role in screening and securing the right candidates with specialized expertise to meet client demands in cutting-edge R&D areas.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide timely updates and insights on recruitment progress.

Process Optimization

  • Continuously refine recruitment strategies to meet evolving client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, AI developments, and R&D advancements to ensure a competitive edge.

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum of 6+ years of total experience in R&D recruitment in the telecom domain, with a proven track record of hiring for high-impact roles in R&D.

Industry Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of technical roles within the telecom domains, including 5G, 6G technology, cloud solutions, and AI integration.
  • Familiarity with the telecom infrastructure network (antennas, base stations, core network, baseband, etc.) and emerging telecom technologies like Open RAN, edge computing, IoT, and telecom cybersecurity solutions.
  • Experience recruiting for global teams or multinational companies in the telecom space.

Education

  • A technical education or equivalent experience that provides strong insights into telecommunications.

Skills

  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms, including ATS systems and Recruiter.
  • Advanced screening techniques to evaluate candidates' technical expertise and project experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of labour market trends, competitor analysis, and talent availability in the telecom and R&D sectors.
  • Proficiency in handling sensitive and high-profile searches with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with clients such as Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, or similar telecom industry leaders.
  • Exposure to recruitment in niche areas like, 5G,6G systems design, or telecom hardware development.
