Job Title : Python Test Lead.Location : Bangalore.Experience : 6+ years.Must-Have : The candidate should have 5 years of relevant experience in Python with a test automation framework.Summary :We are seeking an experienced Python Test Lead to lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function.The successful candidate will have a strong background in Python, test automation, and Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of driving improvements in quality engineering.The role involves collaborating with various teams to implement quality processes, tools, and methodologies, and evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches.Responsibilities :- Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function.- Collaborate with various teams to implement quality processes, tools, and methodologies.- Evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions.- Manage a team to perform testing activities, including test automation and manual testing.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for immediate and multiple teams.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in testing methodologies.Requirements :Must-Have Skills :- Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.- Ability to design and implement automated test scripts.- Familiarity with performance testing and load testing methodologies.Desirable Skills :- Experience working in Agile teams.- Cloud experience.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Additional Information :- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
