Key Responsibilities :- Lead and execute performance testing activities across various applications and platforms.- Develop, maintain, and execute performance test scripts using Python and relevant performance testing tools.- Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure optimal system performance and scalability.- Design and implement performance testing strategies aligned with business requirements.- Conduct load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing in cloud environments.- Monitor and report on performance metrics and provide actionable insights.- Mentor and guide junior testing team Skills :- Extensive experience in performance testing methodologies and tools.- Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and automation of tests.- Hands-on experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Skills :- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance tests in automated workflows.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
