This role requires strong lead generation skills, disciplined cold calling, CRM management.Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Cold Calling Drive daily lead generation activities through cold calling, database building, and digital outreach. Ensure quality and volume of outreach to maintain a healthy admissions funnel. Monitor counselor productivity in terms of dials, connects, and follow-ups.Sales & Revenue Ownership Own revenue and admissions targets for NMIMS Online and Welingkar Institute of Management programs. Review pipeline daily and implement strategies for higher conversion rates. Train team to handle objections and close sales effectively.CRM Management Enforce strict CRM hygiene – timely data entry, lead status updates, and follow-up logs. Track lead journey from enquiry to admission, ensuring zero leakages. Generate and analyze CRM dashboards for actionable insights.Reporting & Reviews Conduct daily huddles and performance reviews with the team. Submit structured daily/weekly reports on leads, calls, conversions, and revenue. Present data-driven insights to senior leadership for decision-making.Team Management Recruit, train, and mentor admissions counselors/inside sales executives.Ideal Candidate Profile 3–6 years of inside sales/admissions experience in EdTech (MBA Online, Executive Education, Distance Learning). Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and CRM-driven sales. Strong people management and reporting discipline.
