This role includes overseeing daily operations, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market growth and increase revenue. - Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, set objectives, and provide coaching. - Monitor team performance using key metrics and provide actionable feedback to improve productivity. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. - Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team environment. - Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, and other key stakeholders. - Address and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader in the real estate industry is mandatory. - Strong understanding of real estate markets, regulations, and industry best practices. - Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.Note:Please share your CV on sara.m@bradrealty.com, hr@bradrealty.com, hr.coordinator@bradrealty.com only if you have experience in the real estate sector.
