Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Sales Team Leader
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
driving individual sales
,
managing and mentoring a team of sales executives
, and
leveraging CRM tools
to optimize the patient journey and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching or training as needed.
  • Monitor daily activities and ensure team follows SOPs and ethical sales practices.

Sales Execution

  • Drive personal sales through walk-ins, outbound calls, and lead follow-ups.
  • Counsel patients on services like LASIK, cataract, and other eye care procedures.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings by identifying patient needs and offering suitable solutions.

CRM Management

  • Use CRM tools (e.g., LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc.) to track and manage leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Ensure all interactions and updates are accurately logged into the system.
  • Analyze CRM data to optimize sales funnel and team performance.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for both individual and team performance.
  • Identify trends and suggest improvement areas for better lead conversion.

Coordination & Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the operations, marketing, and clinical teams for seamless patient experience.
  • Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Requirements
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in healthcare, hospital, or clinic sales.
  • At least 1 year of team handling experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and close high-value sales.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (in business, healthcare, or a related field).
