As a full-stack financial services organization founded in 2014 by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur, Razorpay is dedicated to innovative payment and business banking solutions, promising a transformative journey for businesses.

The Role:

The incumbent in this role will be working closely with the Chief Of Staff in Razorpay POS team, responsible for supporting and leading cross-functional programs as assigned, primarily related to revenue delivery. You will work with various stakeholders to progress towards the goal and effectively deliver on assigned program objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for end to end execution and revenue delivery of assigned programs/tasks

- Establish excellent working relationships with various stakeholders and key decision makers across functions in sales and related functions

2. Responsible for creating various trackers/dashboards/documents/etc. to track project delivery and CXO reviews

3. Refine, and continuously improve processes and practices to drive efficiency and scale

- Collaborate on program definition and scoping, including the program plan and deliverables required for the program's success. Prioritize projects, leveraging data to drive key decisions

Skills Required:

1. A Bachelors Degree is required. PG/MBA will be a big plus

2. Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a project manager or program manager role in the

3. Fintech or Banking industry is a must

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5. Strong problem solving abilities and documentation capabilities

6. Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn quickly

7. Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

8. Knowledge of project management elements, life cycles, tools, and reporting is essential (MS/Google Office Suite)

9. Merchant acquiring experience will be a big plus
