We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).

Job Highlights:

Must have successfully and efficiently managed multiple stakeholders internal and external i.e. Problem Solver: Must be aware of issues, problems, intricacies, and complexities of banking/fintech operations and must have resolved these problems at large scale. (especially on the onboarding and merchant servicing side). The person is expected to manage all major banks as a single face/point of contact for all merchant onboarding and service needs

Roles and Responsibilities

Supervising the end-to-end operations and ensuring % SLAs and TATs along with quality levels agreed upon for all banking programs in scope. 

Merchant Onboarding Merchant Activation KYC documentation check for all onboarded merchants Checks on the MDR/Subvention/Providers as per the Category. Monitoring of the MDR/Subventions periodically and ensuring zero loss Working and sharing requirements to get the processes automated for minimal manual intervention Supervising coordination with banks to get the merchants onboarded on all approval-based payment options within the TAT. Ensuring compliance on the MID/TID for all approval-based payment options. Overall ensuring activation within agreed service and quality levels Service needs Supervise and ensure % delivery on service TAT and Quality needs Able to manage cross-functional teams and dependencies to get the service tickets closed within accepted SLAs/TATs Leadership abilities Drive Operations Team Planning, Execution and Delivery Plan operations teams' strategy and ensure execution and delivery. Meet deadlines and business requirements on time. Resolve merchant/customer issues and escalations efficiently and timely. Build a strong team

Collaborate with the Leadership Team

Represent the operations team as a member of the Leadership Team. Communicate plans, challenges, and updates to other functional heads. Seek to understand challenges facing other teams or the company at large and provide input, advice and/or possible solutions. Nurture the Operations team’s strong relationship/alignment with other orgs and teams
