Qualifications-

1. CA (mandatory)

2. Experience in listed manufacturing setup will be leading Accounts function and external Reporting for listed company having overseas subsidiaries in USA, Norway, Chile & UK. He would be responsible for consolidation, financial reporting, accounting and compliances for company including subsidiaries. This role plays a critical part in overseeing all finance & accounting operations at the same time ensuring accurate & timely financial reporting as well as statutory compliances. In addition to above, the position will also assist in Investor relations, Tax Planning and Structuring, External stakeholder communication, Audits and Process Automation and control on SAP platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Standalone and Consolidated Financial Reporting as per applicable laws and accounting standards.

2. Process simplification, controls, efficiency, automation, removing non-value-added activities/process.

3. Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

4. Preparation and support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.

5. Preparation of Monthly Financial Pack & Other MIS.

6. Submitting requisite reporting requirements to the Board & Management.

7. Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes. ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained.

8. Ensuring compliance to the VAT, Service Tax, Income Tax & Other Acts.

9. Managing and time completion of Statutory Audit, Internal & Tax Audit.

10. Identifying and recommending potential operational efficiencies and improvements to working practices and procedures.

11. Drive continuous improvement in automation thru utilisation of SAP.

12. Active participation and assisting CFO for Investor relations management.
