What you will be doing at Evalueserve:
• Conduct a technical analysis to identify evidence of usage of a patent
• Prepare EOUs / claim charts
• Conduct comprehensive patent searches using various databases and tools to identify patents relevant to VLSI and related semiconductor technologies.
• Review work products of junior team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment
What we’re looking for:
• M.Tech / B.Tech in Microelectronics, VLSI Design, Electronics (VLSI Design and Technology) , or a related field 1-3 years of relevant / industry experience
• Understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes, VLSI design, and related standards.
• At least 1 year of experience in conducting invalidation searches in the domains of semiconductor
• Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of diverse technology domains
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent comprehension skills and the ability to learn quickly
• Responsible attitude and the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Knowledge of intellectual property fundamentals and / or patent laws will be advantageous
• Good project management skills
