Role DescriptionThis is afull-time, on-site rolebased inBengalurufor aTechnical Sales Engineer (Automation) . The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible fordeveloping and maintaining customer relationships ,identifying automation opportunities , andpromoting Dymaxa’s products and solutions . The role involves close coordination with the design and project teams to preparetechnical proposals, quotations, and BOMsthat meet client requirements. The ideal candidate should have bothtechnical knowledge of automation systemsandstrong communication and negotiation skillsto bridge the gap between engineering and customer needs. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities inindustrial automation and control systems . Understand client requirements and propose suitabletechnical solutions . Prepare and presenttechnical quotations, BOMs, and project proposals . Conductproduct demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussionswith customers. Coordinate with internaldesign and project teamsto ensure accurate and timely project delivery. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Meet or exceedsales targetsand contribute to overall company growth. Stay updated withindustry trends, competitors, and new technologies . QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or Diploma inElectrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineeringor related field. 1–4 years of experience intechnical sales, business development , orapplication engineering(preferably in automation/control systems). Good understanding ofPLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, control panels , and related products. Ability to interpretelectrical and automation drawings . Strongcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Willingness totravelfor client meetings and site visits. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
