Key Responsibilities:- Spearhead sales and marketing efforts for the export market, focusing on Tubes, Solar MMS, Stamping & Metal Profile products - Develop and execute market entry strategies, build international client relationships, and drive revenue growth across global regions. - Strong experience with European customers in the solar infrastructure industry. - Oversee domestic market operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction - Conduct market research, analyse trends, and identify new opportunities for expansion - Lead pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and contract negotiations for both international and domestic clients - Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadershipRequirements:- A bachelor's degree in engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) is mandatory - 15 to 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Steel Segment, industrial or manufacturing sectors - Proven track record in managing export markets - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWhat We Offer- A managerial role in a high-impact, growth-oriented business - Exposure to global markets and strategic decision-making - Competitive compensation and benefits package - A collaborative and innovation-driven work culture
