The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design, ensuring seamless interaction between users and digital products.Key Responsibilities:- User Research: Conduct research to understand user needs and behaviors.- Wireframing & Prototyping: Design wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.- UI Design: Develop visually appealing interfaces with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.- Usability Testing: Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.- Responsive Design: Ensure designs are optimized for mobile and web platforms.- Accessibility & Inclusivity: Implement best practices for accessible design.Required Skills & Qualifications:- UI/UX design principles and user-centric design methodologies.- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic understanding for collaboration).- Experience with usability testing and user research.- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):- Experience with motion design and animations.- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular, Flutter or SwiftUI.- Exposure to AI-driven design tools.
