Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for non-IT roles across various industries, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

  • Identify and attract potential candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Screening and Shortlisting:

  • Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job specifications.

Client Coordination:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.

Interview Management:

  • Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on interviews between candidates and clients.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Provide a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely updates.

Database Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices for non-IT roles.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and share reports on recruitment activities and placement metrics.

Compliance:

  • Ensure recruitment processes adhere to company policies and relevant labor laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in non-IT recruitment is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
