Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent for our clients in the United States. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and deliver the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruiting : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top IT professionals.
• Talent Sourcing : Utilize various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events to build a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
• Client Collaboration : Work closely with internal and external clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored recruiting strategies.
• Screening and Interviewing : Conduct initial candidate screenings, technical interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Candidate Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Offer Negotiation : Present job offers to candidates, negotiate terms, and assist in onboarding.
• Market Knowledge : Stay updated on trends and innovations within the IT industry to better understand the hiring needs of clients.
• Compliance & Reporting : Ensure all recruitment processes comply with US employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on candidates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or IT Recruiter , ideally with experience in US-based hiring.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles such as developers, network engineers, cybersecurity specialists, data analysts, cloud engineers, etc.
• Familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter , Indeed , Glassdoor , and other job boards.
• Strong understanding of US labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage recruitment for various positions simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in HR or Recruitment (e.g., PHR, AIRS) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with recruiting for technical roles (software developers, DevOps engineers, IT support, etc.).
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Dice, Monster , JobDiva , Bullhorn ,
• Strong network within the IT industry in the United States.
• Ability to recruit across various industries such as finance, healthcare, government, and technology.
