Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team.

- The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our most important clients in the networking industry.

- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of networking solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in account management and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication.

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

- Understand client needs and requirements, and provide tailored networking solutions to meet their business objectives.

Strategic Account Planning:

- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and profitability.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling networking products and services.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals for assigned key accounts.

- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, trends, and opportunities.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure client satisfaction.

Market and Industry Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

- Provide insights and recommendations to the product development and marketing teams.

- Monitor and analyze account performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).

Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:

- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with key accounts.

- Implement corrective actions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Act as an advocate for key clients within the and Experience:

- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a technical background in networking is a plus.

- Minimum of 1 -3 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development in the networking industry.

Skills and Abilities:

- In-depth knowledge of networking solutions, products, and services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

- Analytical skills to assess market trends and account performance.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
