The company is now hiring a Business Finance Lead to drive all business finance functions, support strategic decision- making, and partner closely with senior leadership to enable 5- 8 years in business finance, FP&A, or commercial finance roles, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or tech- enabled businesses.- CA/MBA/CFA or equivalent preferred.- Strong analytical, modelling, and stakeholder management abilities.- Proficient in dashboards, BI tools, and Excel/Google Sheets for FP&A.- Exposure to pricing, sales incentives, and margin analysis in a recurring revenue environment is a plus.Roles and Planning & Forecasting: - Lead end- to- end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across geographies and functions. - Manage annual and rolling forecasts for 12- month and 3- year horizons. - Present financial models and scenario planning to aid business decisions.- Continuously improve the planning process for speed, accuracy, and efficiency. - Monitor and improve gross margins, unit economics, and CAC/LTV across.- Drive initiatives to optimize costs, improve working capital, and support EBITDA goals.- Identify areas for automation and process improvement within revenue and cost tracking.Performance Analysis & Reporting:- Deliver insightful monthly and ad- hoc performance reports. - Analyze key business metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. - Create executive- ready analysis packs across historical and projected timelines. - Drive strategic recommendations backed by numbers.
