About the job:

- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Engagement Manager / Account Manager to join our remote team.

- In this role, you will work closely with customers to ensure successful implementation of QA processes and AI solutions.

- You will manage the delivery lifecycle from capturing requirements to tracking tasks and ensuring code delivery, serving as the key liaison between customers and our internal technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.

Translate client needs into actionable tasks by creating:

- Requirement Documents

- Task Cards / Workflows

- Code Commitment Trackers

- Coordinate and oversee QA implementation efforts to ensure quality standards.

- Collaborate with technical teams on the design and deployment of AI solutions.

- Monitor project progress, address risks or issues, and ensure on-time delivery.

- Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Master's/Bachelors degree in Business, or related discipline.

- 3-5 years of experience in account management, project delivery, or client engagement.

- Practical experience in QA processes and familiarity with AI project workflows.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Basic understanding of code repositoriesand code deployment pipelines
