Intern – Product Operations and ManagementPosition Overview: We’re looking for aProduct Operations Internto act as the bridge between our Product and Customer Support teams. This internship offers a unique opportunity to understand how product decisions influence customer experience and how customer feedback drives product development. About the Role As a Product Operations Intern, you will work closely with both Product and Customer Support to improve product experience and customer satisfaction. The role involvesdata analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration , giving you hands-on exposure to the full product lifecycle.Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze customer support tickets to identify recurring product-related issues and feature requests. Document customer feedback and product issues for the Product team. Help develop and optimize processes for sharing customer insights with Product. Assist in organizing and documenting product updates for Customer Support. Support creation of internal knowledge base articles on new features and product changes. Represent thevoice of the customerin cross-functional meetings. Track and measure the impact of product changes on support ticket volume and customer satisfaction.Required Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable insights. Basic understanding of product development and customer support workflows. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Good to Have: Previous internship or experience in customer support, product management, or operations. Familiarity with ticket management systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho, Intercom). Basic SQL knowledge. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).What We Offer: Hands-on experience in product operations and customer experience.
