Are you a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design excellence? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join Propacity as a Creative Director.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and achieving our design objectives.

Responsibilities:-

- Leadership:- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure their professional growth and development.

- Strategic Planning:- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives for the graphic design vertical, aligning design efforts with overall business goals.

- Creative Direction:- Define the creative direction for visual assets, including branding materials, marketing collateral, website design, and more, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.

- Project Management:- Oversee the end-to-end execution of design projects, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

- Collaboration:- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions that meet business objectives.

- Quality Assurance:- Conduct regular reviews and quality checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.

- Stay Updated:- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design, and integrate new ideas and techniques into our design processes.

- Client Interaction:- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, and translate requirements into creative and compelling visual solutions.

- Requirements:


- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in graphic design.

- At least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team of designers.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to align design efforts with business objectives.

- Exceptional creative and conceptual skills, with a portfolio showcasing innovative designs and brand identities.

- Proficient in copywriting to effectively communicate brand messages through visual storytelling.

- Expertise in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
