Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment:

- Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and strategic workforce plans.

- Develop targeted recruitment strategies for sales and pre-sales roles, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition for the sales/pre-sales landscape.

Sourcing and Candidate Attraction:

- Utilize various recruitment channels and tools (job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals) to identify and attract high-caliber sales and pre-sales candidates.

- Leverage your real estate industry knowledge (highly desirable) to build targeted sourcing strategies and attract qualified candidates.

Recruitment Process Management:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales and pre-sales roles, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

- Ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a high standard of quality.

- Coordinate and facilitate interviews, assessments, and recruitment events to streamline hiring.

Metrics and Analysis:

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with the HR team to optimize recruitment workflows, streamline processes, and enhance overall recruitment efficiency.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a sales/pre-sales environment.

- Experience in the real estate industry (highly desirable).

- Strong understanding of recruitment principles, methodologies, and best practices.

- Proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and assessing top talent in the sales and pre-sales fields.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software/tools.

Bonus Points for

Experience developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies for sales and pre-sales teams.

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand their specific needs.

Experience using data and analytics to improve recruitment processes.
