Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join Business Support team.

- The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with leadership skills to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

- This role requires someone who can translate complex data into actionable insights while managing key stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and maintenance of BI dashboards and reporting solutions.

- Drive analytics initiatives to identify business opportunities and operational efficiencies.

- Manage complex projects and deliver results within established timelines.

- Present analytical findings to senior management and stakeholders.

- Mentor team members and promote best practices in data analysis.

- Develop and implement data governance standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical solutions.

- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Manage mandatory documentation and maintain comprehensive records.

- Handle administrative responsibilities including team coordination and resource management.

- Drive process automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

- Identify and implement process refinements to streamline workflows.

- Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize team performance and deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 7-10 years of experience in business analytics or related field.

- Strong project management skills with track record of delivering results.

- Excellence in statistical analysis and data interpretation.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
