  • Assess the training needs of all individuals and teams and conduct training for them
  • Train the new employees on 4 specific aspects:
  • Company Policy
  • Process & Product Knowledge
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Interpersonal Skills and a positive attitude
  • Use various innovative methods to engage employees
  • Conduct assessments and certifications for new employees and frequent refresher courses for existing employees.
  • Regularly coordinating with the management team and ensuring high agility in managing process changes.
  • Keep updated records of training materials and modules
  • Actively work with the Customer Support Manager, TLs, and Quality Team to understand customer issues and change internal processes based on this.



Requirements:

  • 2 or 3 years experience working as a Process Trainer
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Ability to train employees using engaging techniques
  • Ability to manage full training cycle such as conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms.
