JOB OPENING – MOTOR VEHICLE MECHANICLocation:Caribbean - ONSITE ️Industry:Vehicle Maintenance / Mechanical Repair / Contracting We are seeking a skilled and experiencedMotor Vehicle Mechanicto support a high-priority project in the Caribbean. This role includes full-scope mechanical repair, diagnostics, and maintenance of light and heavy vehicles and equipment powered by internal combustion engines.REQUIREMENTS – MANDATORY ✅ Prior experience in motor vehicle repair ✅ Formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and hands-on experience ✅ Ability to work on a wide range of vehicles including automobiles, buses, trucks, and tractorsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Diagnose sources of mechanical issues and determine necessary repairs ️ Repair or replace engine components such as piston rings, bearings, and valves ⚙️ Rebuild carburetors, overhaul transmissions, repair fuel injection and ignition systems Service automotive electrical systems, including wiring harnesses, starting and charging systems Repair, reline, replace, and adjust braking systems Perform inspections using diagnostic tools such as infrared analyzers, compression gauges, and computerized devices ✅ Follow technical manuals and checklists to ensure all critical vehicle systems are examined Perform full-scope repair and modification work on both heavy and light wheeled vehicles Update work orders using tablets, computers, or handwritten logs (status, material requests, time tracking) Responsible for PPE, tools, and equipment upkeep – including scheduled maintenance and fault reporting Maintain general site cleanliness and perform other duties as assigned Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, early or late shifts; overtime may be requiredApply Now with your updated CV: sin21@sinclus.com Subject Line:Motor Vehicle Mechanic – Caribbean Deployment Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
