Company Description Gahan AI is an autonomous navigation company that develops a Smart Electric Software Defined Ground Vehicle Platform (SeSDV) with all-weather autonomy and off-road capabilities. Focusing on hazardous and life-threatening driving conditions, such as those found in mines and defense, Gahan AI offers high-precision drive-by-wire and sensor perception technology. This platform supports autonomous and unmanned ground vehicles, ranging from on-road vehicles (passenger, commercial, LCV, and HCV) to off-road vehicles (ATV, Patrol Vehicles). The SeSDV is equipped with patent-pending sensor hardware and a high-precision all-weather sensor perception and navigation software stack.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Vehicle Integration Engineer located in Electronics City Bengaluru. The Vehicle Integration Engineer will be responsible for integrating and testing vehicle systems, troubleshooting issues, participating in software development, and ensuring the smooth operation of systems engineering processes. The day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting detailed analysis, and maintaining high standards of precision and performance for vehicle integration.We are looking for ahands-on Automotive Vehicle Technicianwith strong fundamentals inelectrical, electronics, and mechanical systemsfor bothEV and ICE vehicle architectures. The role involves wiring, diagnostics, assembly, and integration of advanced EV and ADAS prototypes.Responsibilities: Performelectrical wiring, soldering, and harness fabrication . Supportmechanical fitment, design integration, and prototype builds . Operatevehicle diagnostic tools and softwarefor testing and troubleshooting. Assist inEV/ICE system validation, sensor mounting & setup , and workshop maintenance. Keeping the Workshop clean and maintaining the inventory. Test Drive vehicles according to test plan.Qualification: ITI / Diploma/ B.Tech inAutomobile, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering . Minimum 2+ year experienceinvehicle servicing, diagnostics, or vehicle engineering . Strong understanding ofvehicle architecture, wiring diagrams, and circuit testing . Excellenthands-on fabrication, assembly, and troubleshootingability. Good knowledge on EV & ICE powertrains, vehicle sensors, wiring harnesses,CAN diagnostics , and system calibration.
