We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager with a minimum of 5 years in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring that all functions from supply chain management to store operations are optimized to support business goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on management experience, and a deep understanding of the fashion industry's unique challenges.


Key Responsibilities


Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring timely product flow from manufacturers to retail outlets or distribution centers.


Manage day-to-day operations across various departments, including logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and store operations.


Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure operations align with brand and business objectives.


Analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements for efficiency and cost savings.


Maintain high standards for customer experience, managing quality control across all operational functions.


Develop and manage budgets, forecasting operational costs, and tracking expenses to stay within budgetary constraints.
