Job Description:-

We are seeking a passionate L&D Manager to drive learning strategies, enhance employee development programs, and foster a culture of continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement effective learning programs and training roadmaps.

- Conduct TNA (Training Needs Analysis) across departments.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address performance and upskilling goals.

- Track training outcomes, effectiveness, and impact on business performance.

- Drive onboarding, leadership, and soft skills training initiatives.

- Manage external L&D vendors and partners if required.

- Build a culture of learning through innovative and digital methods.

Required Skills:

- 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or similar HR function.

- Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and LMS platforms.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

- Experience in IT/Tech or services industry.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field is required.
