Role : MERN Stack Developer

Experience : 3-5 Years

Responsibilities :

  • Lead development of scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ).

  • Architect system design and ensure high performance.

  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

  • Integrate third-party APIs and services.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Design, QA).

  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Tools :

  • Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express, React,

  • State management with Redux, Context API

  • TypeScript experience is a plus.

  • CI/CD tools : Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker

  • Unit testing tools : Jest, Mocha, Chai

  • Cloud services : AWS, GCP, or Azure

  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology

  • Proficient with Git, JIRA, Postman, Swagger

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
