GurgaonExperience: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 57 years post-qualificationPreferred Background: Big 4 / Tier 1 consulting firm experience in transfer pricingRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead and manage transfer pricing compliance and documentation for a portfolio of UAE-based entities in line with UAE Corporate Tax Law.The role focuses on technical review, preparation of reports, routine advisory on compliance matters, and handling queries from finance teams.The AVP will ensure accurate documentation, benchmarking, and timely delivery of transfer pricing outputs, while mentoring the team.Key Pricing Compliance & Technical Review:- Oversee monthly and quarterly related party transaction reports/control sheets for UAE operations.- Review and ensure accurate transfer pricing documentation in accordance with UAE Corporate Tax Law and OECD guidelines.- Conduct benchmarking analyses using global databases to support TP documentation.- Analyze financial statements for transfer pricing implications and ensure proper reporting under UAE CT requirements.- Interpret and implement UAE Corporate Tax Law and country-specific TP compliance rules.Stakeholder Management & Advisory:- Address routine queries related to transfer pricing compliance and reporting.- Coordinate with finance teams to clarify and validate related party transactions.- Provide clear technical guidance within the scope of compliance and documentation.Process, Documentation & Implementation:- Prepare, implement, and maintain SOPs for transfer pricing processes and documentation in line with UAE CT regulations.- Monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to deadlines across engagements.- Ensure consistency and compliance in deliverables for all engagements.Leadership & Team Development:- Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of transfer pricing professionals.- Review team outputs for technical accuracy and completeness.- Conduct knowledge sessions on TP compliance, benchmarking, documentation standards, and UAE-specific requirements.Reporting & Project Management:- Prepare and share timely compliance status updates with senior management.- Manage multiple engagements effectively to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.- Utilize MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for analysis, reporting, and documentation.Required Skills & Experience:- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 - 7 years of post-qualification experience in transfer pricing compliance.- Strong knowledge and practical experience of transfer pricing methods across industries.- Understanding of OECD TP Guidelines, UAE Corporate Tax Law, and country-specific documentation requirements.- Experience in financial transaction analysis preferred.- Proven ability to handle routine queries independently.- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.- Excellent analytical, logical, and communication skills.- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (ref:iimjobs.com)
