**Responsibilities Required**:

- Proficient in Transfer Pricing regulations (including OECD guidelines), documentation, benchmarking, TP Study & reports, TP related litigations etc.
- Well versed in international taxation matters especially tax planning and structuring for few new entrants, cross border transactions DTAA.
- Good experience in handling tax assessments, litigations, appeals & Advisory.
- Supervising several concurrent engagement overseeing and revising staff works.
- Preparation and filing of report in Form 3CEB stating the cross-border transactions.
- Research and Analysis of the transfer pricing technical from the litigation standpoint.

**Our Hiring Process**:
The initial shortlisting will be followed by 2 rounds of interview (Technical round & Interaction with Senior Management). Post Final Selection, there will be an interaction with HR representative.
