Title: D2C Manager - RUMI Fine Fragrances.Location: Bangalore (On-site).Type: Full-time.About RUMI Fine was born with a simple yet ambitious vision: to build the first truly global fragrance brand from India - one that stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the worlds finest while carrying the soul, depth, and artistry of Indian perfumery.Were now assembling the founding team that will help bring this vision to life.If youre looking for easy, this isnt it.If youre looking to build something extraordinary from scratch welcome home.Who Were Looking who lives and breathes D2C.Someone who thrives in chaos, moves fast, and loves the thrill of early-stage building.Someone who wakes up excited to create, experiment, and grow a brand with global ambition.If youre seeking worklife balance, slow pace, or comfort this wont be the right fit.If you want to be part of a team that inspires each other daily and has a lot of fun doing it youll fit right in.Role: D2C Manager.What Youll Own:You will build and run our D2C engine end-to-end.This is a high-ownership role where youll set up, optimise, and scale our digital storefront to deliver an exceptional consumer experience.Key Set up and manage the RUMI Shopify store end-to-end - structure, navigation, design coordination, apps, backend.- Own all product listings: content, SEO, images, descriptions, A/B testing.- Work closely with marketing to drive traffic, conversions, and overall sales performance.- Analyse user behaviour and optimise the funnel to improve CVR, AOV, LTV.- Build and execute merchandising strategies to maximise sales.- Track, measure, and report performance metrics; turn insights into action.- Coordinate with operations for inventory, fulfilment, and customer experience.- Experiment relentlessly landing pages, offers, bundles, flows, tools, funnels.- Stay ahead of D2C best practices, Shopify trends, plugins, and performance tactics.What Makes You a Great Fit:- 4-5 years of experience in D2C/e-commerce (Shopify experience is a must).- Strong understanding of CRO, analytics, user journeys, and merchandising.- Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.- A builders mindset resourceful, hands-on, biased for action.- Passion for brands, design, consumer behaviour, and ideally fragrances.- Hunger to grow fast, learn fast, and be part of something meaningful.What Youll Get:- The chance to shape a global Indian luxury brand from day one.- High ownership, zero bureaucracy, and direct impact.- A team that pushes, supports, and inspires each other.- A whole lot of fun, creativity, and growth personally and professionally.
