Position:Cluster Manager Department:Sales & Operations Location:Delhi NCR (Multiple Gym Branches) Team Handling:Club Managers, Trainers, Front Desk, HousekeepingRole Overview The Cluster Manager will be responsible formanaging 3–6 gym brancheswithin the assigned cluster. This role ensures achievement of sales targets, smooth gym operations, excellent customer experience, staff management, and compliance with company SOPs. The Cluster Manager acts as thebusiness owner of the cluster , driving growth and operational excellence.️Key Responsibilities 1.Sales & Revenue Management Achieve and exceedmonthly revenue targets(Memberships, PT sales, Renewals). Monitor daily sales reports, lead funnel, and conversion rates. Conductsales huddleswith Front Desk Executives & Trainers. Implement localmarketing activities & referral programsto drive business. 2.Operations & Facility Management Conduct regularbranch audits(cleanliness, equipment, branding, safety). Ensure all gyms followSOPs for opening, closing, and cash handling . Liaise with vendors for equipment maintenance & facility needs. Oversee housekeeping and ensure hygiene & safety compliance. 3.People & Performance Management Supervise and manage staff: Trainers, Front Desk, Housekeeping. Ensure properattendance, shift rosters, and leave management . Drive performance throughKPIs & regular reviews . Identify underperformers and implementPerformance Improvement Plans (PIPs) . Motivate and coach staff for higher productivity. 4.Customer Experience & Retention Ensure consistentcustomer satisfaction (NPS, reviews, renewals) . Handle escalated complaints and resolve service issues promptly. Implementcustomer engagement initiatives(events, workshops, loyalty programs). Focus onretention strategiesto reduce attrition and improve renewals. 5.Reporting & Business Review Sharedaily/weekly sales & operations reportswith management. Analyze performance trends and suggest corrective actions. Participate inmonthly business reviewswith leadership.Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Management/Operations. 5–8 years of experiencein retail, fitness, hospitality, or service industry. Strongpeople management & leadership skills . Proven track record of achievingsales & revenue targets . Excellent communication & customer handling skills. Proficiency inMS Excel, MIS reports, CRM tools . Flexible to travel across cluster gyms.
