Job Title: Lead Generation Associate
About Us: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Lead Generation Associate to drive our lead generation efforts, focusing on WhatsApp and email campaigns, outbound lead generation, LinkedIn lead generation, and funding services.
Key Responsibilities:
- WhatsApp/Email Campaign Specialist:
- Design and implement WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns for lead generation, analyzing and optimizing campaign performance to ensure maximum engagement and conversion.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and objectives with company goals.
- Outbound Lead Generation Specialist:
- Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other communication methods, qualifying leads and identifying sales opportunities by engaging with decision-makers.
- Maintain a well-organized pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversions.
- LinkedIn Lead Generation:
- Leverage LinkedIn's platform to identify and connect with potential leads and decision-makers, utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to research and generate leads.
- Engage prospects through messaging and content sharing, aiming to build relationships and initiate sales conversations.
- Funding Services:
- Understand the funding services industry and generate leads from businesses looking for funding solutions, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of funding products and services to communicate effectively with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the funding services team to ensure leads are passed along with relevant details and context.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in WhatsApp/Email campaigns, outbound lead generation, and LinkedIn lead generation, with a strong background in the funding services sector highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple lead generation projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills, familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms a plus.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation targets.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred, with minimum 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role.
- Prior experience in the funding services sector a plus.
