Role : Assistant General Manager - Travel Retail Fashion/Luxury Fashion
Reporting to : Sector Head
- Responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth in Travel Retail Fashion/Luxury Fashion the industry.
P & L responsibility for PD:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify new business opportunities.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set sales targets and motivate the team to exceed them. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Collaborate with
marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with promotional activities and new brand line up
Sales Execution:
Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement. Implement effective sales techniques and processes.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities and potential markets. Develop and execute plans to expand the company's presence in existing and new territories.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the sale of Travel Retail Fashion/Luxury Fashion
