As an L05 Technical Program Manager (TPM) - Platform, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of critical platform initiatives that power our financial products and services. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that our platform solutions are not only technically sound but also strategically aligned with business objectives and customer needs.


Key Responsibilities :


- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, product management, and business stakeholders, to define comprehensive product requirements, technical specifications, and strategic roadmaps for platform-level applications.


- Oversee the entire lifecycle of platform-level applications, from initial design and architecture discussions through development, testing, and successful deployment, ensuring robust and scalable solutions that support our diverse financial services offerings.


- Lead the creation and maintenance of formal requirements documents, detailed user stories, and comprehensive user journey maps.


- Ensure all documentation clearly articulates the proposed solutions, confirms they are fit for purpose, meet evolving business needs, and are operationally sustainable.


- Facilitate and lead story mapping sessions with UI/UX designers and engineering teams to visualize user journeys, identify key interactions, and ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience for platform components.


- Proactively identify potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.


Qualifications :


Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.


Experience :


- 3-5 years of proven experience in technical program management, product management, or a similar role, with a strong focus on building and managing complex platform-level applications.


- Domain Expertise : Strong understanding of the financial services sector, including its regulatory landscape, operational processes, and specific technological needs.


- Project Management Acumen : Excellent project management skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple concurrent initiatives, and drive projects to successful completion within defined timelines and budgets.


- Technical Aptitude : Solid grasp of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and a foundational understanding of modern software architectures, APIs, and data flows.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Analytical Prowess : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex technical challenges and propose practical, effective solutions.


- Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.


- Adaptability : Ability to thrive and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.


- Technical Background : Prior hands-on experience in software development or data engineering is a plus.


- Tool Proficiency : Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana), collaboration platforms, and documentation tools.
