You’ll be responsible for creating visually compelling and cohesive experiences across BrowserStack’s digital platforms, while also leading and mentoring a high-performing design team. This role demands a strategic mindset, user-first approach, and a deep understanding of design systems, user research, and digital product delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Strategy & Direction:Define and evolve the visual and interaction design direction for all marketing touchpoints including website, events, campaigns, and digital assets. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure cohesive user experiences and alignment across product communication. Design Delivery:Manage the planning, tracking, and timely delivery of design projects across multiple initiatives. Research & Insights:Strengthen user research and usability testing practices to inform data-driven design decisions. Process Improvement:Develop and optimize design processes, tools, and documentation for greater efficiency and consistency. Team Leadership:Mentor, coach, and develop design talent; foster a strong design culture and build the next layer of leadership within the team. Design Consistency:Ensure a unified experience and visual language across all digital marketing platforms. Community Engagement:Champion design at BrowserStack by contributing to hiring, team engagement, and growing the external design community.What will you do:Evolve design systems for website and digital assets in collaboration with brand and product teams. Lead strategic website and digital campaign redesigns. Define and enforce visual standards and scalable UI patterns. Drive consistency in brand experience across platforms and campaigns. Conduct user research, market analysis, and customer feedback loops.Desired Experience: Strategic thinker with strong visual design skills and user empathy. Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. Strong communication and storytelling skills to align stakeholders. Hands-on understanding of development tools and environments (frontend/backend knowledge is a plus). Passionate about high-quality visual design and typography. Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholder expectations.Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in UI/UX, Interaction Design, or Product Design. Proven track record leading website redesigns, brand revamps, or large-scale digital initiatives. Prior experience with SaaS products and working with international teams. Experience managing, mentoring, and scaling design teams. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and impactful visual storytelling. Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
