Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Graphic Designer for our Integrated Marketing consult SWAY. This role requires a creative individual who can elevate brand narratives through compelling visuals and motion graphics. Based in Gurugram, the candidate will be responsible for creating top-tier design assets across multiple digital platforms, setting new creative benchmarks for both SWAY and our partner brands.Key ResponsibilitiesGraphics Design & Branding- Develop high-quality visuals and brand identities that set organisational benchmarks. - Innovate and adapt illustrations and design styles to suit diverse client requirements in luxury hospitality. - Lead the creation of visual design libraries and facilitate design skill sessions to enhance team productivity. - Produce assets including decks, landing pages, performance ads, whitepapers, and social media collaterals, maintaining design consistency. - Create compelling data visualisations that simplify complex information and enhance decision-making through clear, impactful designs.Website & UI Design- Design landing pages and UI components aligned with brand aesthetics, setting high standards for digital user experiences. - Tailor varied UI styles for different project needs, ensuring visual coherence.AI Integration- Explore AI tools for innovative image transformations, AI-generated videos, and design optimisations. - Stay current with AI trends and incorporate these technologies to enhance design processes.Additional Responsibilities- Conceptualise and execute cohesive visual assets, ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines across all platforms. - Maintain responsive design principles, ensuring consistent user experiences. - Manage projects from concept to production, meeting deadlines and aligning with project specifications. - Stay updated with design trends, bringing innovative and fresh ideas to the team.Position Requisites- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic and motion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with Figma and motion graphics tools. - Expertise in typography, colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling. - Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, delivering quality work within tight timelines. - Good communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions clearly.Application InformationCandidates are requested to send their resume and portfolio to digitallead@thrs.co and the following details:Current companyDesignationTotal years of experienceAnnual CTC (in a fixed+variable split if so structured)Notice periodAbout THRSLocated in Delhi, Mumbai and Dubai, THRS is the region’s leading Integrated Representation business for luxury hospitality and tourism brands worldwide.
