About the Role Optym is seeking aVisual Designerto craft engaging, data-rich experiences for our enterprise products in thetransportation and logisticsspace. You’ll collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to transform complex information into clear, visually compelling designs acrossmobile and web platforms .In this role, you’ll help define how data is visualized and experienced — creating interfaces that are as functional as they are beautiful. You’ll also contribute to Optym’s internal design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across our suite of enterprise products.What You’ll Do Design intuitive, visually consistentweb and mobile interfaces . Build and maintaininternal design systems , ensuring scalability and visual consistency. Createicons, illustrations, and visual assetsfor both product and marketing use. Ensure seamlesscollaboration with developersfor pixel-perfect design implementation. Contribute to the evolution ofOptym’s design languageacross product teams.What You Bring 2–3 yearsof experience invisual, UI, or product design . Strongportfoliodemonstrating mastery of UI principles and visual storytelling. Proficiency inFigmaandAdobe Creative Suite(Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects). Strong understanding ofresponsive design ,color theory , andtypography . Experience inmaintaining and expanding design systemsfor internal use.
