Hiring: Lead Visual Designer - Brand & Digital | Remote / Hybrid (India) | High-Engagement Contract (Potential for Full-Time)The RoleYou'll own Swayra's entire visual identity from Day One—not as a pixel-pusher, but as a brand architect. This means brand systems, digital product (UI/UX), marketing creative, and packaging—all driven by you.You'll be a one-person design engine who uses AI tools to multiply your creative output and aesthetic range-moving 5x faster than traditional designers. You ideate, design, prototype, iterate, and ship—all while keeping your finger on the pulse of design and fashion trends.What You'll DoYou'll wear four hats daily.1. Brand Identity & Strategy- Define, own, and evolve Swayra's visual language - Build and maintain the brand guidelines (logo, typography, color, imagery) and ensure consistency across every single touchpoint. - Translate brand goals into cohesive, campaign-level visual concepts.2. Design Production Engine- Own end-to-end: concept → design (Figma/Adobe) → iteration → final asset delivery. - Ship fast: 3 good tests today > 1 perfect design next week. - Create all marketing assets: social media graphics, email templates, ad creative, lookbooks, and site banners. - Use AI heavily: Midjourney/DALL-E for ideation, Adobe Firefly for generative fill, and other tools to multiply output.3. Digital Product & UI/UX- Design beautiful, intuitive, and conversion-focused UI for our e-commerce website and (future) app. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that make shopping seamless and delightful. - Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.4.
