If you’re passionate about building high-performing teams and creating an exceptional candidate experience, we want to meet youKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across all departmentsPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and refine job requirementsManage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, closingDesign and implement effective employer branding initiativesOptimize recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to improve efficiencyManage candidate pipelines and ensure an outstanding candidate experienceLead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team (if applicable)Build strong relationships with external recruitment partners and platformsEnsure recruitment practices align with organizational goals and DEI standardsRequirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or relevant fieldProven experience (2+ years) in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment ManagementStrong knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS tools, and recruitment analyticsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentStrategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
